Elastomer Testing MDR EL
The MDR ELASTOGRAPH is a measuring instrument for testing rubber compounds in a plastic state, during vulcanization and with vulcanized samples. The lower half of the die is controlled with a sinusoidal rotary movement, while the upper half of the die measures the torque and phase angle of the sample.
With 45 years of experience in testing rubber compounds, the MDR ELASTOGRAPH delivers precise, repeatable and reliable results. Depending on the standard and material, the device can be equipped with different chamber systems - from open to hermetically sealed chambers in various designs. Optionally, the autoloader can be used to perform several tests automatically without the user having to intervene.
Good to know
The MDR ELASTOGRAPH measures with a fixed deformation amplitude of +/- 0.5° as standard. On request, the device can also be customized with a deformation amplitude of +/- 0.1° to +/- 1°.
